I need to say that a few years back I was very interested in this band, perhaps because of its stylistic guiding marks that definitely convey to or DEAD CAN DANCE. From the discussion I had with the band's leader, Arkdae, I understood that the new material is supposed to be the more sophisticated ever and complex and as significant sample he pointed out exactly the two tracks included in this very single. What could I tell you about only two tracks? I guess it is a little too earlier to drop conclusions but this MCD aim was definitely reached: I am deadly curious to listen to the new material that will be out in a few weeks! The female opera-voice has a good company in the bombastic keyboard full of Renaissance atmosphere so that a sublime aura for DARK SANCTUARY sound is created! Magnificent...! It is somehow a kind of domestic ELEND in a DEAD CAN DANCE symphonic version while the cover...actually perfectly fits into the band's musical point of reference.
