After a debut album well received, Gabriel Wolf and Nikolai Stalhammar keep on following the Black Gothic Metal experience with a second album, as complicated and diverse in influences as the previous. In order to reach a complete occurrence, they invited Attila Csihar (TORMENTOR/ABORYM) as a special guest and a female vocalist. Their sound encounters many stages, from brutal and primitive ultra-fast ones to medieval, folk, symphonic or melodic ones. Everything is pictured in a Dark underground note, with violent screaming vocals. As far as the concept is regarded, I'd say this is an interesting music but as a whole, I find the album not well-conceived/elaborated since the sum of all influences included here... is simply uninspiring mixed. We can enjoy as well a video-clip even if recorded in precarious conditions. Perhaps for all the fans of traditional Black Metal this experience might present a lot much more interest than what it meant for me.
