THE KILIMANJARO DARKJAZZ ENSEMBLE "From the Stairwell"

I've been keeping track of these artists for some years and I greatly appreciate their musical results with this project. The new material develops a strange flavor that persists in cinematic references, in an organic Dark form of the highest beauty ... It feels like I'd see a weird movie from the '60s, where actors aren't yet to be seen but I know they exist there, where the emotional charge resonates with the suspense created by an enveloping sound, introverted but challenging! The trombone remarkably blends with the piano ... the keyboard, bass and saxophone dreamily communicates with the violin and cello... and the guitar and bass give shape to a sound not easily described in words, especially when the female voice makes its presence felt in the most spectacular way ... not to say sensual ... if it were some music by Angelo Badalamenti!

However, the Twin Peaks' concept fans will immediately relish the new TKDE material because it is a phenomenal album! I really don’t know what to say more about these new songs ... there are actually 8 different tracks that easily manage to break you from the trivial normality and throw you into an exciting abnormality, dark but delicious!
