Vineri seara toti trupetii vor ateriza in Bucuresti, pentru marea majoritate fiind o premiera vizitarea capitalei Romaniei. Sambata, incepand cu ora 12.00, se vor face toate pregatirile de sunet si imagine pentru ca evenimentul sa fie unul de neuitat!
Si Clubul The Silver Church a impodobit deja bradul pentru Sarbatorile ce urmeaza sa vina... anul acesta se pare ca mult mai devreme!
Pe de alta parte, vanzarea de bilete din ultima saptamana tinde sa contureze DARK BOMBASTIC EVENING ca pe un eveniment reusit!
Intrucat dorinta organizatorilor este de a oferi fanilor libertatea de a imortaliza momentele cele mai reprezentative ale evenimentului, accesul in locatie va fi permis cu orice tip de aparat foto sau camera de filmat, insa fara suport sau trepied!
In urma solicitarilor de a personaliza eventul cu accesorii simbolistice, organizatorii au realizat o editie exclusiva si limitata de tricouri cu DARK BOMBASTIC EVENING!
Reamintim ca accesul in Clubul THE SILVER CHURCH va fi permis incepand cu ora 19.00, exceptie fac cei care au primit confirmarea rezervarii de pe adresa kogaiononmagazine@gmail.com, acestia fiind rugati sa ajunga in jurul orei 18.30, pentru a evita aglomeratia.
Prima trupa isi va incepe reprezentatia in jurul orei 19.30 iar After Party-ul va incepe imediat dupa sustinerea ultimului concert, in jurul orei 3.15.
Mentionam ca nu exista rezervari de mese sau scaune iar cele doua “alveole” existente pe lateralele locatiei vor fi alocate trupelor si organizatorilor, fara acces la public.

Au mai ramas doar cateva zile pana la Dark Bombastic Evening! Seara de 12 decembrie va fi una speciala, unde cateva sute de fani se vor bucura ore bune de muzica trupelor favorite, urmand ca AfterParty-ul ce se va tine pana dimineata sa le ofere oportunitatea de a petrece impreuna cu artistii! Pe fundal, DJ RICHARD si DJ MYRTHO vor incerca sa creeze atmosfera unei seri unice!
Cum vad trupele participante Dark Bombastic Evening? Care sunt noutatile din tabara lor? Ce ne vor prezenta ele la eveniment? Cititi aici interviul realizat saptamana trecuta:
Trupele vor veni cu propriile standuri de accesorii muzicale, din care nu vor lipsi insigne, afise, viniluri, tricouri, CD-uri. Pe langa acestea vor expune si cei de la Corvus Corax, Black Widow, Bestial, Beauty of Pain si Valse Sinistre.

Reamintim ca, pana in acest moment, o parte semnificativa din participanti sunt din afara Romaniei, ceea ce face ca evenimentul sa fie unul unic pentru intreaga Europa si nu numai!
Blackhawk Security este firma de paza si protectie care va asigura buna desfasurare a evenimentului.
Se vor gasi bilete de cumparat si in seara evenimentului, la intrare in clubul The Silver Church, la pretul de 85 lei, insa organizatorii isi rezerva dreptul de a inchide casa de bilete in cazul in care numarul de persoane va fi mai mare decat capacitatea confortabila a locatiei.

Kogaionon si DonisArt contureaza portretul robot al evenimentului de pe 12 Decembrie 2009
Peste nici trei saptamani vine si cel mai mare eveniment Folk, Neo-Folk, Martial, Post Folk din Europa de Est. Vine la Bucuresti, la The Silver Church Club si aduce participanti din peste 25 de tari, unii veniti de peste oceane. Evenimentul organizat de Kogaionon si DonisArt aduce la un loc fani ai muzicii de gen de prin toata Europa, comunitatile de social networking de pe Internet folosindu-se de Dark Bombastic Evening ca de un landmark pentru a se intalni.
Trupele repeta de zor pentru a oferi fanilor o seara cu adevarat speciala, fanii din afara si-au cumparat biletele de avion, iar organizatorii pun la punct ultimele detalii, asigurandu-se ca cei care vor calca pragul clubului The Silver Church pe data de 12 Decembrie vor avea parte de o experienta pe masura asteptarilor.
Se pregateste un eveniment elitist, de tinuta, unul exclusivist ce va cuprinde ingredientele care fac un eveniment sa fie unic:
muzica: trupe de calibru in zona de undergound de gen, trupe care scriu istoria genurilor practicate/lansari de album/cantari in premiera. Ca noutate, anuntam prezenta a doi DJ veniti din Olanda: DJ RICHARD & DJ MYRTHO, cunoscuti deja prin prezenta la alte evenimente europene alaturi de ROME sau SPIRITUAL FRONT.

Interesul pentru DARK BOMBASTIC EVENING pare sa fie unul neasteptat de mare si pentru audienta din afara Romaniei. Astfel, pana astazi, exista aproximativ 100 de rezervari pentru fani care vor veni din peste 25 de tari : SERBIA, UNGARIA, BULGARIA, UCRAINA, RUSIA, BELARUS, CROATIA, ITALIA, SLOVACIA, ELVETIA, AUSTRIA, GERMANIA, FRANTA, SPANIA, PORTUGALIA, BELGIA, OLANDA, ESTONIA, SUEDIA, POLONIA, IRLANDA, ANGLIA, FINLANDA, DANEMARCA, chiar si din ISRAEL sau AMERICA! Vor veni trupeti (VINTERRIKET, BLACK TAPE FROM A BLUE GIRL, SUBLUNA, SOPHIA…), vor veni posesori de label-uri de specialitate (Projekt, The Eastern Front, Sturmklang, Corvus Corax…), vor veni persoane ce participa la evenimente de acest gen din intreaga Europa, vor veni prieteni ai trupelor participante, vor veni doritori de a petrece o noapte intreaga intr-o atmosfera placuta… va fi o seara cu miresme globale, cu capitala la Bucuresti, mai precis in clubul The Silver Church!
Avem cateva elemente noi despre trupele pe care le-ati mai vazut anul trecut in Romania, daca este sa ne referim la componenta. Astfel, SPIRITUAL FRONT va aparea pe scena in formula de 5… ROME va aparea cu noul membru oficial, Nikos, un supertalentat violonist… CASCADEUR va aparea impreuna cu un trompetist… si nu in ultimul rand, ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO ne va prezenta un show adaptat la aceasta importanta seara, avand o componenta mai mult decat completa (!!!??)… plus inca cateva elemente surpriza, inclusiv improvizatii de moment… Dar toate la timpul lor!
TRIORE va sustine cel de-al doilea concert din istoria trupei, la doar 3 saptamani de la prima aparitie scenica, Kim Larsen ne va prezenta un set acustic de piese din intregul concept :OF THE WAND AND THE MOON : iar TRIARII va bombarda intreaga sala cu percutii si cadente militaristice, incadrate de un vizual expresiv si plin de dinamism!
Toti trupetii sunt incantati de evenimentul ce urmeaza a se desfasura, unii dintre acestia mentionand deja in presa de specialitate ca nu vad prea curand oportunitatea de a mai urca impreuna pe o alta scena in aceasta formula completa… asadar, se poate vorbi de un eveniment istoric si, de ce nu, chiar unicat!
Capacitatea salii The Silver Church permite usor accesul a 700 de persoane, lucru important pentru a oferi un minimum de confort tuturor participantilor din seara de 12 decembrie (vezi foto)

Din motive independente de organizatori, Seara Speciala din data de 12 decembrie nu va mai avea loc in Hala de Muzica. Evenimentul Dark Bombastic Evening, unde vor participa SPIRITUAL FRONT, ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO, ROME, TRIARII, Kim Larsen/:OF THE WAND AND THE MOON:, CASCADEUR si TriORE, va fi sustinut in selectul club bucurestean THE SILVER CHURCH de pe Calea Plevnei Nr.61.
Pretul biletului este de 85 lei. Mai multe detalii peste cateva saptamani.
Va reamintim ca organizatorii KOGAIONON si DONISART va asteapta si la Brasov, in eleganta sala de teatru Reduta, pe 12 septembrie, la un alt eveniment rafinat, Ethereal Ambient Evening, alaturi de ARCANA, DER BLAUE REITER si NARSILION.

Danezul Kim Larsen este recunoscut din lunga lui activitate cu trupa :OF THE WAND & THE MOON: dar si din proiectul THE LOVELESS… iar prietenia lui cu Simone si Tomas este cunoscuta in intreaga scena NeoFolk, concretizata mai nou si in piese comune, in premiera pe scena acum. Chiar in aceasta perioada Kim si-a lansat la renumitul label german TESCO un nou album :OTW&TM:, intitulat “Solanaceana”. Jerome & Patrick revin in Romania pentru ca au sa ne prezinte o noua imagine ROME, dar si datorita faptului ca s-au simtit foarte bine anul trecut in orasul de la Poalele Tampei. Cel mai important aspect este insa faptul ca, in aceasta vara, vor lansa un nou album, “Flowers From Exile”, un album Dark Pop NeoFolk exceptional, cu radacini vizibile in vechiul LEONARD COHEN, TOM WAITS sau JOHNNY CASH. Din motive independente de organizatori, Seara Speciala din data de 12 decembri va avea loc in selectul club bucurestean THE SILVER CHURCH de pe Calea Plevnei Nr.61.
Va fi o seara aparte, cu artisti din Suedia, Luxemburg, Germania, Italia, Danemarca, cu circa 7 ore de muzica, cu proiectii specifice, cu standuri de accesorii muzicale, cu fani Goth, Dark, Ambient, Metal, NeoFolk, Ambient, Ethereal, Industrial, Pop, Rock din mai multe tari… si, nu in ultimul rand, cu ATMOSFERA DIN PLIN!
Se pot face si rezervari pentru bilete pe adresa kogaiononmagazine@gmail.com pana la data de 15 septembrie, cei ce vor primi confirmare pe email de la Kogaionon putand chiar beneficia de anumite premii, inclusiv facilitatea de a avea acces in backstage pentru a sta de vorba cu trupetii. Dark Bombastic Evening
Bucharest, 12th of December 2009
Friday evening will find all the bands safely landed in Bucharest, for the great majority of them the visit to Bucharest being a first. Saturday, starting with 12 o’clock, the bands will proceed in doing their sound/video checks in an effort to ensure that the event will be one to remember!
The Silver Church Club has also been busy getting the Christmas tree ready for the celebrations ahead… this year coming early!
On the other hand, the ticket sales registered this week seem to frame DARK BOMBASTIC EVENING as a successful event!
Due to the organisers wish to offer the fans the liberty of immortalising the most representative moments of the event, the access into the venue will be permitted with any sort of video or photo camera, but with no tripod!
Following a request to personalise the event with symbolical accessories, the organisers will release an exclusive, limited edition of DARK BOMBASTIC EVENING t-shirts!
We are reminding all that the access within THE SILVER CHURCH CLUB will be permitted starting with 7pm, exception to the rule will be granted to those who have made ticket bookings at kogaiononmagazine@gmail.com, these being asked to make their way to the venue at 6.30 pm, in order to avoid jams.
The first band will start their show around 7.30 pm, while the After Party will commence immediately after the last show, around 3.15 am.
There will be no table bookings available, the two sitting areas on the left and right of the stage being used by the organisers and the bands.

Only a few days until Dark Bombastic Evening! The night of the 12th of December will be a special one, where a few hundred fans will enjoy the music performed by their favourite bands and will get a change to meet them too, at the After Party that will run into the early hours of the morning. In the background, DJ RICHARD and DJ MYRTHO (Holland) will try and create the atmosphere of an unique night!

Blackhawk Security will insure the security of the event and will work towards a smooth unfolding of the event.
Tickets will be available to purchase at the entrance of The Silver Church Club (85 lei/20 eur), but the organisers reserve the right to close the ticket house should the number of attendees be greater than the capacity of the venue (in order to be able to offer a degree of comfort).

The interest for DARK BOMBASTIC EVENING seems to be unexpectedly big, even when it comes to people abroad. And so, until now, there are approximately 100 reservations for fans who will arrive from over 25 countries: SERBIA, HUNGARY, BULGARIA, UCRAINE, RUSSIA, BELARUS, CROATIA, ITALY, SLOVAKIA, SWITZERLAND, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, FRANCE, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, BELGIUM, HOLLAND, ESTONIA, SWEDEN, POLAND, IRELAND, ENGLAND, FINLAND, DANEMARK, even from ISRAEL or AMERICA! Bands will also come (VINTERRIKET, BLACK TAPE FROM A BLUE GIRL, SUBLUNA, SOPHIA…), there will be label owners attending (Projekt, The Eastern Front, Sturmklang, Corvus Corax…), people who take part in events like this throughout Europe, friends of bands that are performing, there will be people that just wish to spend a whole night in a nice setting… it will be a night filled with global scents, with the capital at Bucharest, more precisely at The Silver Church club!
We have some new elements about the bands that you’ve seen last year in Romania, if we are to talk about the band membership. Therefore, SPIRITUAL FRONT will appear on stage in a 5 member version… ROME will come out with its new official member, Nikos, and last but not least, ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO will present to us a show adapted to this important night, having a membership more than complete (!!!??) …plus some more surprise elements, including improvisations… But everything on its own time!
TRIORE will be performing the second concert in the history of the band, at only 3 weeks after the first appearance on stage, Kim Larsen will be presenting a set of :OF THE WAND AND THE MOON: acoustic tracks and TRIARII will be bombing the venue with percussions and military cadences, framed in a very expressive visual border and full of dynamics!
All the band members are excited about the event which is about to unfold, some of the even mentioning in the specialized media that they don’t usually have the opportunity to go on stage together in this complete version… and so, it can be called a historical event, and why not, even unique!
The Silver Church Club capacity can easily take in 700 people, a detail of importance, in order to offer the minimum of comfort to all the participants on the night of December 12th (see photo).

Do to reasons independent from the organisers, the Special Evening set on the 12th of December will no longer take place at the old location : Hala de Muzica. The tickets to this event have been on sale for about a month now and the price of a ticket is 50 lei, approximately 12 euros, until the day of the event. It is quite likely that this particular event will be the last one held in the elegant theatre hall of Reduta, after a number of 5 other Special Evenings held during 2008!

A new Special Evening, this time an unusual one, that will offer to all those interested the possibility of spending an entire night alongside the favourite bands:

Both the musicians and the audience were delighted with what they had experienced in Brasov, the fans wishing to see Simone/SF play alongside Tomas/ORE, performing their remarkable songs from the album “Satyriasis”. And so… there you have it, these wishes will come true on the evening of the 12th of December 2009!
SPIRITUAL FRONT will show us their new material, the most Rock & Suicide Pop of them all, entitled “Rotten Roma Casino”! Simone even wants to make out of this event the official launch of the album!

This time around, Tomas will share his microphone with Rose Marie and they will perform in the complete ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO formula, bringing onto the stage tracks from the older releases but also from their new material, “Songs For Hate And Devotion”, due to be released in 2010. www.myspace.com/ordorosariusequilibrio
The collaboration between Tomas and the mastermind behind TRIARII, Christian took the shape of the superb track called “Roses 4 Rome”, released as part of the Berliners second album. In the meantime, another small jewel appeared, “Muse In Arms”, a material that got great reviews from both the press and the fans. And in order for the surprise to be whole, Christian and Tomas have started a new musical project called TriORE, mixing the Apocalyptic Pop of ORE with the Ambient Martial played by TRIARII.
The Danish Kim Larsen is known for his long activity with the band :OF THE WAND & THE MOON: but also with the project THE LOVELESS… and his friendship with both Simone and Tomas is well known throughout the entire NeoFolk scene, recently finalized through some common work, tracks that will now be brought, in premiere, onto the stage! In fact, Kim has just launched a new :OTW&TM: album at the renowned German label, TESCO, album called “Solanaceana”. In Bucharest, he will share with us his most representative Experimental Folk works, in a solo acoustic performance.

Jerome & Patrick are coming back to Romania because they have a new image of ROME to show, but also due to the fact that they have enjoyed themselves greatly while in Brasov. The most important aspect though is the fact that they are launching a new album this summer, “Flowers From Exile”, an exceptional Dark Pop NeoFolk album, with visible roots from the old LEONARD COHEN, TOM WAITS or JOHNNY CASH. Part of ORE (concert line-up), Axel will present to us this winter a couple of new CASCADEUR tracks, performed in the same original Apocalyptic NeoFolk manner.
Kogaionon & DonisArt have decided to organize, for the first time ever, an event in Bucharest, and Dark Bombastic Evening wants to be the most complex event so far and the most important one (in the genre) from the entire Eastern Europe!
Do to reasons independent from the organisers, the Special Evening set on the 12th of December will now be held at THE SILVER CHURCH CLUB, located at 61 Calea Plevnei Street, Bucharest.
It’s going to be a special evening, with artists form Sweden, Luxemburg, Germany, Italy and Denmark, with about 7 hours of music, with different background drops, with merchandising stands, with Goth, Dark, Ambient, Metal, NeoFolk, Ambient, Ethereal, Industrial, Pop and Rock fans from all over Europe and… last but not least… FULL ON ATMOSPHERE!
Bookings can be made using the address kogaiononmagazine@gmail.com until the 15th of September, those who will get a booking confirmation from Kogaionon being eligible to receive different prizes, including here the possibility of gaining backstage access in order to get up close and personal with the bands. The list of reservations will be limited and those who will get a confirmation will pick up their ticket and pay the entry fee on the day of the concert.
