TRIARII - Va informam ca trupa TRIARII nu va mai concerta in Romania anul acesta datorita unor probleme nedorite de nici una din parti. Pe de alta parte avem promisiunea lor ferma ca urmatoarea noastra invitatie va fi onorata cu cea mai mare placere. Ne cerem scuze pentru incovenient si continuam sa credem ca seara de 15 noiembrie va fi la fel de atractiva, in varianta exclusiv suedeza!

...totul a venit din respect pentru muzica... din admiratie pentru ceva ce iubim, respiram, traim;
...ne-am gandit ca ar fi frumos sa aducem cateva trupe in premiera in Romania, recunoscute doar in underground-ul de specialitate, dar care ar trebui sa primeasca si aici sustinerea binemeritata;
...mai ales ca tot ceea ce fac ele vine din inima, din placerea de a canta, arata, impartasi;
...muzica acestora este una originala, complexa, inaltatoare;
...toate trupele in discutie au albume aparute in 2008;
...sa putem savura confortabil aceste Seri Speciale in locatii elegante, decente, stilate, pline de aroma prietenoasa si mesaje intime;
...poate chiar se va contura si un public fidel, doritor de a primi si ALTCEVA;
...si astfel a aparut POVESTEA acestor Seri Speciale!
ARCANA (SWE): perfecta pentru fanii DEAD CAN DANCE, insa intr-o varianta mai Dark, usor medievala si plina de faze Ambient.
Cei cinci suedezi se identifica in Romania cu lansarea albumului "Raspail", interpretat in premiera LIVE, aici. Un sunet usor monoton la o ascultare superficiala, plin de emotii insa dupa intrarea in atmosfera. Alternarea vocilor cu percutia simpla dar expresiva, alaturi si de keyboard-ul foarte atmosferic fac din ARCANA o trupa ce nu are cum sa nu fie indragita si in varianta concertistica.
ICE AGES (AUT): un proiect Electronic, industrializat, intunecat, mai putin digerabil de necunoscatori, dar destul de Experimental pentru cei neconventionali.
Richard Lederer isi promoveaza in concert singurul proiect muzical ce se presteaza la asa ceva, prin albumul "Buried Silence", cantat la Brasov in premiera, intr-o varianta complet computerizata si cu videoproiectii abstracte, insa in perfecta rezonanta cu muzica artistului. Pacat ca nu exista posibilitatea de a vedea pe scena si celelalte doua trupe ale lui, adica SUMMONING sau DIE VERBANNTEN KINDER EVAS.
ATARAXIA (ITA): o muzica sublima, o voce feminina incredibila, o coloana sonora cu adevarat profesionista. O intoarcere in timp, in vremurile de demult, intr-o atmosfera calda, calma, meditativa, visatoare. Instrumentele folosite sunt de toate felurile, din cam toate civilizatiile Europei si nu numai, imagistica scenica find un factor primordial de care tin tot timpul cont cei patru talentati muzicieni.
Dupa 20 de CD-uri, peste 20 de ani de activitate, cateva sute de concerte, ATARAXIA este poate cel mai apreciat nume din intreaga scena Neo-Classical Folk iar posibilitatea de a vedea un concert cu ei este intotdeauna un motiv de bucurie si de relaxare. Italienii tocmai au reeditat un demo compus in urma cu 17 ani, acum aparut in varianta unui CD elegant, "Nosce Te Ipsum", si lucreaza intens la noi piese ce urmeaza sa fie incluse pe un nou material care va aparea curand. Evident ca vom avea fericirea sa ascultam si din acestea.
IN SLAUGHTER NATIVES (SWE): Mastermind-ul Jouni este considerat in scena Industrial ca unul dintre cei mai seriosi, talentati si de inspiratie artisti. Un spectacol pur tehnic, autentic!
ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO (SWE): Cel mai de notorietate grup Industrial Folk Experimental, cu albume ce au socat si au ravasit o multime de fani. Mesajele lui Tomas, in armonie perfecta cu vocea Rosei-Marie, sunt exprimate inedit, cu trimiteri spre conceptualele contraste razboi-pace, lumina-intuneric, iubire-ura, barbat-femeie, viata-moarte, decenta-depravare.
Orgia creata pe scena de suedezi, insotita de o proiectie pe masura, nu poate sa faca altceva decat sa socheze, incite sau sa atraga pana si ochiul celui mai smerit spectator. In formula de sase, ORE ne prezinta noul lor album, intitulat "ONANI". Cel mai bombastic grup de la label-ul suedez COLD MEAT INDUSTRY, cea mai gustata trupa dintre cele ale genului!
SPIRITUAL FRONT (ITA): cvartetul este recunoscut pentru erotismul muzical transmis prin piesele lor, Simone Salvatori erijand deseori intr-un veritabil rol de "Gigolo artistic".
Cu multe influente din NICK CAVE, JOHNNY CASH, CALEXICO sau TINDERSTICKS, la limita unui Folk extrem dar si a unui Country in genul Ennio Morriconne, SPIRITUAL FRONT presteaza un Alternative Rock emotional, ce se bucura de un succes fantastic LIVE iar show-ul din Romania va fi si cel prin care vom asculta noile piese aparute pe mult asteptatul album.
ROME (LUX): Jerome Reuter este un geniu ce a reusit in doar 3 ani sa realizeze un MCD si 3 albume, care mai de care mai rapitor! "Masse Mensch Material", ultimul lui album realizat in acest an, este de o melodicitate incredibila, unde vocea masculina ne plimba de la Nick Cave pana la Leonard Cohen...
Ce sa va spunem: de la LAIBACH sau SPIRITUAL FRONT, pana la DEPECHE MODE, cu treceri prin Ambient, Post Industrial, New Wave, Neo-Classical, Dark-Romanticism... Avem balade, avem piese ritmate, avem secvente Pop, altele autentic Ambient, treceri Martial... totul e diferit, ciudat, simplu dar al naibii de expresiv! Beauty of desperation!
Vor fi seri speciale, dominate de decoruri variate dar si adaptate la stilurile muzicale, vor fi proiectii, jocuri de lumini, efecte...
Vor fi standuri cu CD-uri alte trupelor ce performeaza, tricouri originale, personalizate, accesorii Goth la preturi promotionale, surprize, premii oferite atat de organizatori cat si de trupe...
Vom avea AfterParty-uri in care trupetii vor sta la mese cu fanii... pana spre orele diminetii...
Vor fi multe, vor fi variate, vor fi surprinzatoare si placute... speram noi!
Dar si locurile in sala vor fi strict limitate, deoarece nu dorim sa transformam visele noastre frumoase in cosmarurile voastre!
Dorim sa visam/traim placut impreuna, sa ne rupem in acele momente de cotidian, de tot ce ne apasa si streseaza zilnic, sa transcedem muzical in alte unghere ale interiorului nostru... de fapt, sa ne bucuram civilizat, elegant, confortabil si respectabil, intr-o maniera cat se poate de deschisa si prietenoasa, de cateva ore de muzica nobila si de atmosfera rezonanta, nemaintalnita pana acum in Romania.
Stim ca multe trupe din cele de mai sus nu va spun mare lucru, stim ca interesul este mai degraba de a merge la concertele trupelor preferate de mult timp, cele cunoscute, de notorietate, cu care am crescut sau pe care am avut si timpul fizic si starea propice de a le savura, asimila. Este normal, pentru ca si noi o facem continuu de multi ani, de cele mai multe ori fiind nevoiti sa mergem pe afara!
Pe de alta parte insa, underground-ul muzical a scos tot timpul la lumina palida a reflectoarelor modeste trupe pline de daruire, cu sunet inovator, capabile sa creeze in special in cercuri mici emotii interioare pline de rezonanta, lasand in urma satisfactia unor amintiri intime, desavarsite, pretuite intens.
Incercand sa pasim pe calea foarte slab batatorita de cei ce iubesc astfel de sonoritati, ne bucuram ca putem face ceva mai mult pentru aceasta scena intitulata generic Goth, sau Dark Ambient Industrial Folk, de multe ori ea fiind perceputa la noi mai degraba ca pe una ce nu e o entitate propriu-zis (adica "e ceva ce are conexiuni dar nu e Metal") decat ca pe una de sine statatoare, cu identitate, mesaj, forma si fond complet separate.
Fiecareia din aceste cinci Seri Speciale ii sunt acordate materiale in detaliu, prezentari exclusive, pagini dedicate, tocmai pentru a afla, intelege si cunoaste exact cu cine avem de a face si daca merita efortul de a fi vizualizate.
Avem planuri mari, sperante abundente, confirmari ale altor trupe mai putin cunoscute aici dar care pun tot timpul calitatea si respectul pentru arta in fata cantitatii si compromisului comercial. Pe masura ce ele vor scoate albume noi, inspirate si interesante, vom incerca sa le oferim oportunitatea unor noi Seri Speciale, daca si publicul din Romania va fi la fel de receptiv. Si speram ca nu numai noi o vom face!!!
Ne bazam pe un public sincer, nonconformist, neconventional, neincorsetat in toate evenimentele trendy ale acestor vremuri sau mustit constient in propria-i limitare, deschis la nou, la cunoastere, la noi experiente... la ALTCEVA... sau si la ALTCEVA!
Ce indraznim noi politicos sa va recomandam? Doar sa aruncati o geana peste aceste trupe, sa cititi materialele prezentate, sa le/va dati o sansa si sa acceptati (formal sau chiar fizic) ca nu ne dorim sa organizam concerte, ci Seri Speciale... pentru Prieteni Speciali!
Nu ura/invidia ne sperie, nu iubirea ne alina ci ignoranta ne indeparteaza!
Va asteptam cu drag!

TRIARII - We would like to inform you that due to issues unwanted by both parts, TRIARII will no longer play in Romania this year. On the other hand, we have the bands firm promise that our next invite will be honored with the greatest pleasure. We do apologies for any inconveniences caused and we continue to believe that on the 15th of November will be just as attractive, in this new, all Swedish formula!

...we thought that it would be nice to bring a few bands that have never played in Romania before, known only in the underground realms of specialised listeners, but bands that should find some well deserved recognition here as well;
...especially since all they do comes from the heart, from the pleasure to sing, show and share;
...their music is original, complex and uplifting;
...all these bands have albums released in 2008;
...to be able to enjoy these Special Nights in a comfortable manner, in elegant, decent and stylish locations, full of friendly aromas and intimate message;
...perhaps even a faithful audience will come to life, one willing to receive SOMETHING ELSE as well;
...and this is how THE STORY of these Special Nights began!
ARCANA (SWE): perfect for the DEAD CAN DANCE fans, but with a Darker, slightly medieval sort of performance, full of Ambient stuff.
The 5 Swedes are identifying themselves in Romania with the launch of the "Raspail" album, performed LIVE over here. A slightly monotonous sound at a superficial listening, yet full of emotions once entered into the atmosphere. The alternation of the voices with the simple but expressive percussion, together with the very atmospheric keyboard, makes it impossible not to love ARCANA, the live option.
ICE AGES (AUT): an Electronic project, industrialized, dark, less digestible by the large public, but Experimental enough for the unconventional listener. Richard Lederer is promoting in concert the only musical project that allows him to perform live, through the album "Buried Silence", performed live in Brasov for the first time ever, in a fully computerized version, with abstract projections, but in perfect keeping with the artists music. It is a shame that the possibility of seeing on stage his other two bands of his as well, SUMMONING or DIE VERBANNTEN KINDER EVAS.
ATARAXIA (ITA): a sublime music, an incredible female voice and a truly professional sound. A return back in times long passed, in a warm atmosphere, a calm, meditative and dreamy one.
The instruments being used are of all types, belonging to all sorts of European civilizations and other, the stage imaging being an important factor for all four musicians involved.
After 20 CDs, after 20 years of performances, a few hundred concerts, ATARAXIA is probably the most appreciated name in the entire Neo-Classical Folk scene and the possibility of seeing them play live is always a reason of joy and relaxation. The Italians have just re-edited a demo created 17 years ago, now released as an elegant CD, "Nosce Te Ipsum". They are also working hard on new songs that will be included on their new material that is to be released soon. Obviously we have the pleasure of listening some of these as well.
IN SLAUGHTER NATIVES (SWE): the mastermind Jouni is considered to be one of the most serious, talented and inspiring artists in the Industrial scene... A purely technical, authentic show!
ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO (SWE): the most notorious Industrial Folk Experimental band, with albums that have shocked and surprised a lot of fans.
Tomas's messages, in a perfect harmony with Rose-Marie's voice are expressed in an unusual manner, with referrals to the conceptual contrasts war - peace, light - dark, love - hate, man - woman, life - death and decency - deprivation.
The on stage orgy created by the Swedes, together with a specific film that will be projected, will not do anything less than shock, incite and attract the eyes of the most quakerish spectator. Appearing as six, ORE present us their new album, entitled "ONANI". The most bombastic band from the Swedish label COLD MEAT INDUSTRY, the most savored group of the genre!
SPIRITUAL FRONT (ITA): the quartet is known for its musical eroticism that transpires through their songs, Simone Salvatori often assuming by default a true "artistic gigolo" role. With a lot of NICK CAVE, JOHNNY CASH, CALEXICO or TINDERSTICKS influences, at the limit of an extreme Folk, but also of a Country like style similar to Ennio Morriconne, SPIRITUAL FRONT performs an emotional Alternative Rock that enjoys a fantastic LIVE success. The Romanian show will allow us to listen to the new tracks released on the much anticipated new album.

What can we say: from LAIBACH or SPIRITUAL FRONT and until DEPECHE MODE, with passages through Ambient, Post Industrial, New Wave, Neo-Classical and Dark-Romanticism... We have ballads, we have more rhythmic songs, we have Pop sequences, others authentically Ambient, Martial parts... all different, strange, simple but insanely expressive! Beauty of desperation!
There will be special nights, dominated by various decors but adapted to the musical styles present; there will be projections, light effects and more...
There will be CD stands of the bands performing, authentic branded T-shirts, Goth accessories at promotional prices, surprises and prizes offered by both the organizers and the guest bands...
We will have After Parties where the band members will share tables with the fans... until the hours of dawn...
There will be many and varied, surprising and enjoyable... we hope!
But the available seats will be strictly limited as well, as we do not want to transform our beautiful dreams into your nightmares!
We wish to pleasantly dream/live together, to detach ourselves in those moments of all the day to day issues and to musically transcend into other corners of our interior... in fact, to enjoy in a civilized, elegant, comfortable and respectable manner, in a most open and friendly way, a few hours of noble music and resonating atmosphere, never before encountered in Romania.
We know that a lot of the bands found above might not tell you much; we know that the interest is to preferably go to the concerts of the bands favored for a long while, the well known, notorious ones that we all grew up with or had the physical time and required emotional state to assimilate and savor. It's normal, because we are doing the same thing, for years now, a lot of the times having to go abroad!
On the other hand though, the musical underground has always brought under the ray of the shy spotlights, bands full of giving, with innovative sound, capable of creating, especially in smaller circles, emotions full of resonance, leaving behind the satisfaction of some intimate memories, exquisite and intensely cherished.
We are trying to step on the very poorly stamped road by the ones who have a certain love and appreciation towards these types of musical performances, we are happy that we can do something a bit more for the scene generically entitled Goth, or Dark Ambient Industrial Folk, a lot of times it being perceived as something that it is not a self-standing entity (meaning "its something that has connections but it isn't Metal), not something with its own identity, message, shape and form.
To every single one of these five Special Nights we allocate detailed materials, exclusive presentations, dedicated pages, just to be able to find out, understand and truly know who we are dealing with and if they are worth the effort of seeing.
We have big plans, abundant hopes, confirmations from bands less known here, but who put all their time, quality and respect for art on a higher level than quantity and the commercial compromise. As they will have new releases, inspired and interesting materials, we will try and offer them the opportunity of a Special Night, this if the Romanian public will be receptive as well. And we hope not to be the only ones doing it!!!
We rely on a sincere public, nonconformist, unconventional, unenclosed in all the trendy events of these times or consciously macerated in its own limitation, open to new, to knowledge, to new experiences... to SOMETHING ELSE... or to SOMETHING ELSE as well!
What do we dare to recommend, in a polite manner? Just to have a look at these bands, to read the available materials and to gibe them, or yourselves a change and to accept (formally or physically) that we do not want to organise concerts, but Special Nights... for Special Friends!
Its not hate/envy that scares us, nor love that soothes us, but ignorance that estranges us!
